I had been using a simple speed rope form Buy Jump Ropes, but the bearings finally wore out after a couple years use.

I just ordered the SR-1F Froning rope from Rogue, can't wait to try it out.

Re: hips and glutes

Yeah, that whole pants thing is true...and can be a pain in the newly developed posterior when you have a 33-inch waist but have to shop for 35/36-inch pants to fit everything else...

Re: Minimalist shoes

I just switched to my first minimal shoe, and I had to search a bit to find what I needed. I discovered at the beginning of my Army career that the ONLY brand that really feels right on my foot is...

Re: Are Kipping HSPU really more work done

Crossfit ISN'T about strength?! Since when? The Clean & Jerk ladder is just as important as the Pool/Bar MU WOD or the Zigzag Sprint. If you're not strong, you're not going to compete at that...

Re: Are Kipping HSPU really more work done

It sounds as...

Re: Weak Overhead Lifts

Re: Do I have Rhabdo? Or am I just panicking?

And this is why so many of us cringe when we read yet another article by some Crossfit nay-sayer about Rhabdo...

Jeremy, how long have you been Crossfitting...really, what is your current experience...

Re: Running

Just had the same thought...if you can run 3 miles at a 6:00 pace, you're blowing away a lot of folks. Now, if you don't LIKE running, and therefore feel like you need work, then I don't know what...

Re: Anybody done LASIK?

Another PRK advocate here...had it done back in 08, corrected from 20/200 to 20/15 both eyes, still 20/15 now 5 years later.

Re: Why are Crosfitters so Jacked?

I have to bust my butt...

Re: Anyone like to WOD outside in the sun? Or rain? Or cold?.

I'm a big fan of outdoor WODing, but that may just be a product of necessity from Crossfit during deployments. We'll see when I get home if the sentiment still applies...

First, the reduction of forces over the coming years will make removing Soldiers from the ranks a much more...
