For the most part (to me) it seems that elite level Crossfit athletes would be the most competitive in weightlifting. There are likely numerous reasons for it but my guess is that weight class is one...

I ended up getting sick somewhere in the middle of all that and took a few days off of training. Because of that I had to stagger my weeks stuff and ended up progressing a few session into a 5th week...

I have all 8 years of my training logged in here. I keep my account active just be logging them. At this point I just cannot shut my log down even though I keep the training logs elsewhere.
