Out of curiosity, how could you verify the source of the milk used for your whey? Once something is no longer "food" and becomes a "supplement" is there a reliable tracking method anymore?

For breakfast... 1 chicken fried steak, probably 8oz, with gravy. 2 scrambled eggs. Hash browns. 2 slices of buttered toast. 1 medium glass of milk, and 2 cups of coffee.

Bake a chicken...
turn oven on to 375*
put whole chicken in a baking pan
take it out an hour later (check internal temp with a meat thermometer)
:D
When this cools off, pull the meat off and store...

You're only 3 yrs older than me, and similar in size. I've found that 4 days/ week works really well for me. 2 on, 1 off, 2 on, 2 off. My off days are pretty active, though.

My immediate thought is to spend the time strengthening your legs. As soon as you can stabilize the bar, squat heavy and often.
