Have you checked out the Play It Again Sports by Walmart on Nelson. They have the Apollo (I think) KBs. Not the top of the line and you have to try out each in the weight you are looking...

The York equipment that I have that is also "Made in China" is quite good. Its all about how it's managed, unless you're also working to improve the trade deficit.

I have their GHD. IMO: TDS = roughly made chinese equipment, price reflective of quality, gets the job done, but is typically not pretty, perfectly straight, etc. If you can buy the higher quality...
