Doesn't sound like a good idea to me to run 3 miles at a competition pace, with weights, and then try to snatch that kind of weight.

Thanks for the feedback! I ended up going with the rogue (non kilo) bell and I'm liking it. Much tackier finish than the aders. Overall, they're pretty comparable I would say. I never found the aders...

I'm wondering which bell is of higher quality (handle, finish). I've been very happy with the Aders, but I'm curious about the Rogues (not the kilos, the cheaper ones).

A lot of times I'll do my strength stuff and immediately follow that with some type of metcon. Hasn't affected my strength gains.
