I know that krylon has spray paint that bonds with plastic although I have never used it, maybe that would bond to rubber as well?

It is the "Starndard" length with with two slots for different bar heights. One setting at 14" below the ceiling(this is the further setting on the short mount).The second at 22" below the ceiling.

I honestly am happy with my rings and a basefit cage by sorinex which is 8'. I will present the option of using bands as resistance instead of selector plates, that is a good idea. I'll go look at...

Pull up bar stability in kipping?

I have a studbar laying around and want to mount it, but I cannot ceiling mount it. I was thinking I would just wall mount it but I am apprehensive because either mount would be on only one stud....
