Hey all, just a quick question regarding fish oil. Is it normal for fish oil to cause soft stool? It's not quite diarrhoea but it's not quite as "healthy" an experience as it was pre-supplemenation....

It's a pretty dull pain now. It's odd in that shoulder and arm movement don't irritate it at all. Arm above head, behind the back, and shoulder rotations are all fine even though these movements...

You can always use your "Rest" day to grab a few more Zs. That's usually what I do. The problem is you start waking up naturally at the same time so you have to grab those extra hours in naps.
