I'm just excited for hockey in general. All of the NHL teams are at least 2+ hours from me, so instead I go watch the defending Calder Cup champs - The Hershey Bears. They are only about an hour...

Coconut oil is good on top of a baked sweet potato, too (with a little cinnamon)! I have that as part of my PWO meal with a big old slab o' chicken (also cooked in coconut oil).
