The 25P, 10C and 80F are zone block numbers

The ab work I do is generally in the metscons, toes to bar, knees to elbows, hollow rocks, situps.
Would you suggest I do more outside of this?

I started back zoning a few weeks ago to dial in my diet.

I do 25 P, 10C and 80F

I am ~200 pounds and 15- 17% BF

I do three CF classes a week which include a strength portion and ~10 min...

My gym sells the sfh stuff, but the coaches discuss goals with us, and that includes supplementation. They prefer we eat real food, but some people want to compete, etc, and using protein powders...

This in my opinion is why diets fail. People look at them as having a beginning and an end.

They do something to lose fat and then go back to their original diet and holy crap the weight comes...

Do not mess around, just get a rumble roller. It has spikes on it so it can get into nooks and crannies other rollers cannot. The even have two different firmness models.

Get a particle size test done. My guess with a trig count that low, most of your ldl is fine.
