Is it possible to the body's ability to digest fat? I dont do zone, but in zone blocks, I can only have around 10 every couple of days or my insides get all messed up for the rest of the week.

I think you could just combine bodybuilding and crossfit. Do like a chest, tris day, followed by a quick metcon, then do a back bis day, metcon, then a abs, legs day with a metcon.
