Re: Demonbells

I would be interested to know how much it would cost to send one of these over to the UK, but it will probably cost a fortune as always.

Glute ham raise design/plans?

Hi, does anyone know where I can find some plans for fabricating a steel GHR/situp station? I don't have one at any of the gyms I frequent so I can't measure one up myself.

Cheers

Andy
