Great lift, bro! Scary cleaning with straps though.. I can't remember the guy's name, but there was a world-class lifter who did that. He fell back and couldn't ditch the weight and ended up breaking...

Considering how bad the injury hurt at the time, I thought it'd be a lot worse. Doesn't hurt much anymore and the swelling went way down, so I said 'screw it' and squatted anyway. Knee feels better...

Just watched the video of your squats. Nice work, but I wouldn't wear the Romaleos for the Low Bar Squats. The raised heel is great for front and Olympic squats because it helps keep your chest up,...

Unfortunately, I popped my knee out of place skiing yesterday. Felt my patella slide over a about 3" and an awful grinding sensation. Doesn't hurt too bad now, but it's pretty swollen. Hopefully...

Thanks guys! It felt really good. I wish I had tried to go heavier. Bet I could have done 250+ with a few tries. Goal is to catch up to some of my buddies who consistently do upwards of 135 kilos.

Yeah works pretty well for that stuff. I remember putting one end up on like 3 panel mats when we were working crosses just to increase resistance. I don't know why nobody ever thought to just attach...

Started with a medium-heavy weight and went up 10 pounds each week for 4 or 5 weeks.

As you can see... either way is brutal.
