I suggest that Crossfit develop a two week series of WOD's for newcomers. WOD's that give a preview of some of the tougher lifts and gymnastic lifts, etc. A two week curriculum would give Crossfit...

I teach in Stockton and I'd love to see a Crossfit Stockton! How are things going with that? I would imagine there are tons of empty light industrial set-ups that are now "downsized"...
