Thanks Matthew! yes I have the form and strength I am just getting a little too old for the huge amounts of weight. I would like to;

-increase Edurance
-lose about 15 lbs but not the muscle. ...

Thanks Glenn. I have been a local Y member for several years but they do not offer CF classes. I live kinda in the sticks so most places are well over an hr or more round trip. The Y has been good...
