Today after my workout I was going to run a mile full speed for my conditioning.
Is this a good idea or bad idea? Will it benefit my training or will it be counter productive.

I will run out of weights at 290 pounds, my 2RM for deadlift and Backsquat both were greater than 290 but all I had was 290 so I did not get a true max.

I can do 15+ Pull ups and 15+ ring dips it is absolutely the false grip and the transition that are keeping me from doing my first muscle up.
Or maybe I just need real space. I use my doorway pull...
