hey, its just frustrating because as a healthy 25 yr old, I most definitely should be able to tolerate my workouts, especially since I know proper mechanics/modifications etc.

Since I've started my workouts, I've prob put on 8-10lbs of muscle...have no issue with that!!!!

yah? we definitely were never given a deep squat as an exercise to give for any specific knee problem (i think mainly due to the tendency of form to be poor)...just taught them for good overall...
