Thanks. I'll try again next week. I was actually not wearing any shoes in this video b/c I had running shoes that are not flat.

I have never been able to do deadlifts properly. I have very tight hamstrings that don't respond to stretching. My back is also not straight to begin with. I know people recommend Romanian...

The easiest way to measure running distances is to use G-Maps Pedometer.
