Re: What has been your biggest obstacle?

Have you thought about tagging these friends in the scaled versions of the Open WODs that CrossFit has been posting on FB?

Seems like a really good time to showcase that CrossFit is universally...

Re: Bread question.

I've become partial to the "SaWheattt" break from Eureka! Baking Company.

They have it in every King Soopers and Whole Foods where I'm at. It's amazing.

When I'm not eating grains, which is every...

Re: Favourite wod's with a particular focus

Re: Supplement advise, please

Spent years (and plenty of dollars to boot) playing around until I finally discovered that post-workout should just stay simple.

Start with a good whey protein, mix with water. Consume some type of...

Re: Proper Body Weight Gain?

I put on the most (good) weight when I regularly hit the compound lifts and eat a LARGE amount of high quality, single ingredient foods.

It looks like you're on the right path... just don't let it...

Re: Help! Can't do any compound lifts for 4-6 weeks!

Re: Do you actually listen to your body?

Like others have said, I think it's important to go into your workout with a plan. It takes some time as a trainee, but you gain an intuitive sense as to what NEEDS to be changed or stopped. The...

Re: Gain Or Lose?
