the core of the program is the alternating bench and press, squats and deadlift. Everything else is a plug in. Put in and take out whatever u want to get u pumped about getting in there...

Cleans can be used in GSLP. Either as their own exercise or as a warm up to the deadlift. The templates in the ebook can be altered to suit individual needs.

pretty much any metcon done with intensity is gonna get that HR jacked resulting in great stimulation of the cardiovascular system. Single mode/ multi mode, short duration, long duration etc...
