In regards to Adams cue:

This is NOT an oly lift and should not be cued like one.

The hip extension movement is forward in a kb swing, NOT up.

Broad jumps are to kb swings as vertical jumps are...

I'm going to have to question what exactly you were studying for 40 years. In a severe caloric deficit, prescribed zone diet still had me eating over 160g carbs per day. very "not low"...

2 hours of flag football. SO much sprinting, diving, passrushing. speed felt good, but my body was not prepared for that much sprinting.

IMO (and experience), the quality of the food you eat matters more and more the leaner you get, when you consider fat loss/LBM loss vs. total weight loss. He is nowhere near lean.
