3 Protein: 1.5 oz lean ground turkey and 4 egg whites (egg beaters)
3 Carbs: 1.5 apples and .25 cup of peppers

That is so awesome!

I have also only been doing crossfit for such a short time and also have lost 2% body fat and about 7lbs.

It is so great and I too have my flabby picture ready and waiting....

One thing people need to realize; being obese or overweight isn't 100% about getting off the couch and eating more vegetables. There is something rooted deeper than food. Being overweight...

I also get that blurry vision. I imagine it probably a combination of blood pressure and low blood sugar.

To me, I wouldn't stress too much. I just try not to drive RIGHT after crossfit. I usually...

I know, I know... patience is the key. But when I lost weight before I saw the biggest losses in the first few weeks, not vice versa.
