Fundamental, right up there with intensity, variety, and functional movement is modification and scaling. If you can't walk for 4 to 5 days after every workout, you're probably going after it too...

1. Go visit a physical therapist and ask him/her to clear out the supinator and also the pronator as the offending tissue. Might not be your biceps.
2. Stop at 20 muscles ups next time.
