it's been getting worse;breathing and last time at two times xfit I almost passed out when lifting...so I just left and made a doc appt.... lung doc said stop the intensiting for...

plan was to go to a dinner party (Really didnt want to go) so when some guys were getting together tonight to rollerblade (me on my bike) around town I opted for the bike ride.... 3 hour bike ride...

got to xfit twice and had 2 good workouts
rode bike about 3-5 miles.. the little computer thing got lost or stolen, why someone would want it

at a retreat and brought my bike..

rode about a mile on sandy paths heading towards the bay... stopped once and did 10 squats
did about 3 time - 600 meters sprints (In the cemetary next to retreat...

it takes 40 min from germantown on one bike and 30min on the other...but you can take one mt bike on the back of motor bike

9/10/09-short workout... had doct appt and only could be there 30-45 min..so thanks Greg for the alternate
