Help! Need a place to stay in Ramona CA, 7-20,21 2013!

Can a fellow crossfitter help!? My wife needs a place to stay while attending the CrossFit Kids Cert. We're coming from CrossFit Granbury!

My only experience with the Get-RXd rigs is the crappy quality of the powder coating. Rig itself is bulletproof, but the powder coating is not top notch.

Make sure you are switching up squat style too. Use free weights, do Zerchers, pin squats, etc... vary it up. Keeps you from getting bored, and recruits as much muscle as possible!
