Burns good on the lungs...both my workout spaces are in unheated spaces and once you get warmed up it's not too bad.

Could be any number of things..some days you have it, some days you don't. Last week when we did the split jerks I got 255 and it was a struggle but a few days later when we did OHS I got 270 up...

The costco fish oil with the enteric coating (the one Robb Wolf recommends) has no after taste at all. I take between 12-16 pills/day and have never tasted it.

It's from holding the bar in your hands during the thrusters and not in the proper rack. I used to have trouble closing my hands after fran but once I actually put the bar in the proper rack...

I think a jig saw would gum up pretty quickly. It's not that hard with a razor knife if you make a few passes and keep bending the mats as you go.
