Just keep in mind that everyone's body is different, and there is no one size fits all in squatting form, or any exercise form for that matter.

Weighted lunges. One of my favorites when I travel is 1/2 mile of lunges, with 10 pushups every 10 lunges. No equipment needed, and it will really strengthen the legs.

My employer pays for our gym membership at any gym in town, but they won't do Crossfit. They'll pay $70/month, but the $150 for Crossfit is too much for them.

Yeah, that does make sense. So kipping the HSPU is less efficient, looks kinda ridiculous, and builds LESS muscle and strength. I'm glad I stick to strict...even though I can only do a few.
