There's a training insole, which is more flexible... and a comp insole, which is stiffer. Use whichever you like. I have never used the flexible ones in mine... even during training.

He can eat in the chow hall, but he'll pay for it just like anyone without a meal card. Pretty inexpensive, but certainly not free.

I'm defining intensity as the amount of weight... Higher intensity being a greater % of my 1RM.

Am I looking at that properly? Also, what are your thoughts on the topic?

I have 3/4" stall mats over concrete, and drop bumpers from overhead all the time. Same goes for about a bajillion affiliates and garage gyms.

Just to clarify... I weigh 215# at the moment and take in 200-300g of protein per day. Protein sources vary... eggs, beef, cottage cheese, fish, Nitrean, etc.
