Let me ask you this...when you go to Regional's in 2012, are you going to take a rest day the day before the competition? It looks like from your log, your last day of training for 2011 Regionals...

Are you speaking in terms of a metcon? I agree I wouldn't wear a belt if I'm doing a 135# squat as a warm up, but what about that weight in a metcon? Recently we did a chipper that included 30 135#...

I was thinking about a nylon velcro belt since it wouldn't be as heavy and rigid, but still offer something. Do you use one?

So I've read the arguments for/against using a belt, but the discussions seem to be primarily around their use in heavy lifting. I've been on the side of not using them for fear of losing core...

lost count, went w/ 7 full rounds

first time doing pullups at a CF gym and finally i was able to hang w/o my feet...

4 + 1 DL...burpees take it all out of me. OH were a little heavy for me too. Wish I got to 5...
