Great point Todd, about cream. I just really love the taste and smell of black coffee. I'll have two shots of whisky and skip the beer. Don't want to go over that 100 g carb intake! :)

That's not happening anytime soon. I can push press one 88 almost strictly press it.

I stick to double 25's with the LC Clean and Jerk. Those are brutal enough.

Thanks Jeff. I want to do some double swings outside the knees, front squats, rows and deadlifts. I do a lot of work with double 70's and for last 3 exercises, it's not heavy enough.
