I actually have a question about this program since I'm planning on doing it. Is it okay to sub shrugs for the neck harness? I'd buy one, but I'm saving to get some money for some squat stands

I've read some "conclusions" from one of his books...WOW! He's completely anti-carb...though he bashes the processed crap, which is fine, but starch from potatoes and rice? REALLY? There are plenty...

This only works for begginners. Past that point, you're going to gain fat with a caloric surplus.

If you're on maintenance then you're not going to lose weight (fat).

That's some awesome progress.

About your bodyfat, you're not going to drop it unless you have a caloric deficit. It's difficult to make gains on such a demanding routine with a calorie restriction,...
