Supposed to be a rest day today, but since I slacked on Saturday I figured I'd do something. Practiced pushups and handstand pushups for about 15 minutes, then did 50 pushups and 100 situps.

9-26-08: 30 muscle ups for time. Subbed 4 pullups and 4 ring dips per muscle up. Got through 20 sets before my arms were exhausted and rubbed raw from the ring straps. Good enough for me.

The zone is more "good carbs" than "low carbs". With 2/3 of your meal coming from simple carbs like fruits and veggies, "low carb" is definitely incorrect.

9-22-08: I messed up my ankle during the Filthy Fifty somehow so I skipped Isabel. I did a few sets of pushups and pullups instead.

As far as I know the only rule they follow is 3 days on, 1 day off. You don't have to worry about "making up" any missed WOD's, but i'd try to do some simple workouts while you're gone if you can. ...

I did it for the 9/11 hero WOD and did it in 33:26, so I'd say you're doing pretty good, hehe. Of course I'm just starting out and am still quite out of shape, and "good" is relative to your own...
