Let's just say when you and your girl (or guy) are walking down the street late one night and you have to fight off a mugger I doubt you'll have time to take your pre-workout.

you're squat and DL numbers seems pretty novice no offense so to say you added 40 to your DL and 50 to your squat in 4 months while leaning out isn't saying much. that will happen to most beginners.

The GHR was real easy to make, piece of plywood, 2 2x4s, and some screws is all ya need.
