Haven't been keeping track so well. . . but, since last post I've done a few wods.

Walking lunges/Sit-ups/Pull-ups at the house. Did 4 or 5 rounds; jumping pull-ups (see090821)

8/9. Tabata Something Else: push-ups - from knees after 2 rounds, sit-ups with rolled towel, squats, jumping pull-ups. felt good.

8/1. Ran 5k with the Hubby. Brutal. I mean, killer-hot, miserable, embarrassingly brutal.

7/28. Cindy 8 rounds.
Dan put his "rings" up and did about 15 muscle ups in addition to some L-pull-ups, push-ups, and HSPUs. Oh, and he biked 15 miles.

We went to Harbison, and yes, I'm so thankful for your bike! It took those trails!

7/27. Run 400m. Overhead squats (12 reps) with 45#.
19 minutes.

Between each set: 15 Pull-ups, Row 15 calories, 15 Sit-ups
I did 95# DL. about 60% bw on gravitron for pull-ups. and...

more questions: What are renegade rows with db? also, how long do you hold the hollow rock or do you count the rocking back and forth as 1- 2 - etc.?

Made up my own work-out today.
1/25: 3 rounds of:
Row 500m
Push press 45# 25 reps
Sit ups 25 reps
Back extensions 25 reps
This took me a full 30 minutes!
