If you eat 10 000 calories you will gain weight and body fat. If you don't want to gain fat just count calories.

Only the fast carbs(sweets) and I eat a little now and then.

I'm genetically lucky to gain fat:) and also to drop fat.
The nutrition is the most important thing and after that the hard workouts.

No problem about the metcons. If my body is trained well it is capable of doing huge volume with this nutrition.

Sick for 10 days, but I had to test these 2 exercises a week ago.

Not for this year. For now is only gaining maximum strength and losing fat without muscle.
One of the goals for next year is to put on 5-6kg of real muscle.

That's correct, but from September I will change the program towards strength training only.

I work as personal trainer. I teach people how to do: squats, deadlifts, press, pull ups and many more....

I gained about 3kg/6lb of active mass while losing the body fat.

For 7 months now.
My strength is up:
- deadlift + 100lb.
- squat + 60lb.
- pull ups + 40lb.
I don't call it a diet, because from time time I'm eating what I want.
