Do you have to eat breakfast? Just eat what you have for lunch only eat it early in the morning. Have you ever had ribs and broccoli for breakfast? Its really good with a fried egg on top too.

Chicken legs. You can buy a bunch at costco or BJs and then roast them in the oven. Put them in the fridge and you can even eat them in the car on the way to work in the morning.

You want to eat clean but you take protein shakes? What is your definition of clean eating? How about some beans and rice for breakfast or even porridge? Fruit sounds good too or just chocolate.
