Total of 5+ k rowing. 2:30 down to 1:35 pace.. and everything in between. Last week lost 4 rowing days.. it adds up fast. Now I am 9K behind. Was like 13k down.

Thursday.. taking care of the grand baby.. so cute.

Rode the trainer did some max watt efforts with a slow wheel.

Max was 1575 or so and most around that number. Solid.

Wed was active recovery and teaching the rowing class. 5600 meters for me. I think day 33 or so.. almost 100k meters so far. Best effort was 500 meters at 1:38 pace.. then did some bar muscle up...

Tuesday- went to the velodrome for the first time in over 6 years. The program on the phone was not that accurate so don't know the speed. Felt ok to get on the banking.

Monday- at the office stretch and some shoulder rehab. More at the gym, warm up the hammies..

Clean work up to 90% or 247# have not squat cleaned in a while. Mostly power....

Shoulder rehab. Wall balls 20,30,40,50 all 5 reps getting warmed up for the workout.

Every 5 min row 1k.
1:50 pace was good felt ok.
