i've had a pair for several years and love 'em. they are the first and only pair of lifting shoes i've ever owned so i can't make a comparison. i think the nikes and adidas are sexier but so what.

green tea, depending on the brand, can also have a lot of caffeine so you may just be switching one source for another. i drink decaf green tea every day just to have something warm in the morning...

the program includes eating as much as possible plus some more plus gomad.

at the expense of being laughed off of the boards...

will changing the rep scheme, make this more of a muscle-building program? for instance instead of 3X5, shift to 3X12 or at least doing one...
