two 8oz chicken meals would be around 85+grams of protein. Two protein shakes would get you around 60+ on average( if a single serving is 30g. Most are in the 20g range) So you are still only looking...

This may not count, but I scored 150lbs for a 4x5 doing a cable curl( gun show-pchew! pchew!)
BTW, cable curls are easier than standard barbell or E-Z bar curls.
