You can easily mix and match here.

Kettlebell can be used for snatches, clean and presses, TGU (light but that's ok), swings, take your kettlebell for a run

Pullup bar can be used for pullups...

They ran a 7K at the CF Games and then pulled some heavy DL PRs not too long afterwords. But then these are our super human friends so I'm not sure how to gauge that.

No I agree with that...I think it was said that a press doesn't really help the handstand, but the handstand helps the press. As far as "functional" goes, no one really relies on being able to do...

Well put that is definitely true, but the handstand does help with the functional movements...even though it is arguable how functional the handstand is

I think Coach at some time in some video (not helpful I know) mentioned that if you could work up to 20 free standing hand stand pushups that your strict press would increase dramatically. Not many...

Form will undoubtedly decrease with heavy weight, and that is a lot of weight. I'm pretty good with form until about 360, then it starts going in the back. My 1RM at 425 is definitely not the most...

This helps me keep more upright. If you narrow your grip a bit, it may help you keep the elbow drive going. If my grip is too wide I can't get my elbows up enough and the squat become harder.
