It appears you can use quote marks to find a group of smaller words, as long as the total is over the limit. Try "L pull ups" and you get threads.

Crossfit broke my windshield today. :(

A 3x10 PVC pipe (slosh pipe)was stuck going through the trunk / fold down seats, and smacked into the windshield. Got a nice spider pattern now.

1/30 Rest day. Went over to Golds to play with the bench press. Old PR was 225. Did two reps of that, so I tried 235, no problem. Almost did 250. Have not been training BP, it must be the ^#&$*#...

Weight is a rough indicator. You can easily lose fat and gain muscle and weigh the same as you did. Body fat % would be a better indicator, as well as what you see in the mirror and how you feel. ...

Took a couple days off and did a couple normal gym sessions with the lack of free weights to do some of the leg ones. Sure do miss the extra benefits you find at the gym. :D
