Yep I agree theres nothing quite like the looks you get while doing burpee box jumps or straight bar muscle ups at the gym while the big guy does hammer curls with 55's

Leg soreness tends to sneak up on you....it's usually the second day when they hurt the most. Lots of sleep & stretching.
