We used CFFB with good results for our hockey players,.. just supplemented more lateral movements.

if you watched any of the footage from regionals, it was really well done, and i imagine it will be at least as good as the regionals once they are back at the HDC

We have two TRX straps that were donated to our box.
While we do get plenty of use from them,
I would not have purchased them and would go with rings
if I had to make the choice.

We currently have sportcourt flooring in our box, but I would like to replace it with rubber mats.
The problem is the majority of our client base are hockey players and we supplement their programs...

I use a lot of lunge variations to get players hips going before lifting or getting on the ice.
Lunge w/ lateral rotation
Lunge w/ overhead reach
Elbow to opposite ankle lunge

I eat paleo and cut my carbs to 70 grams a day,
and have dropped from 15% BF to 13.5% BF in three weeks.
(total of about 3 pounds i believe)
