4-5 trainings per week !


i took my lean body mass which is 185 multiply...

also if the wods at your box are more cardio oriented , you should add a power day , where you do...

of course there;s a ratio of 4/1 if your natural , and 8/1 if you juice , but 2 lbs of fat per week is very doable !

so 2lbs of pure fat is what i meant !!

had the same problem , try to find a therapist that does ART ( artive release therapy ) , got better after 2 visit , and was healed after the 4th apointment !

if you Bulk , your lifts will ALL increase ...

it is nearly impossible to increase strenght on a caloric deficit , so by BULKING like you say , you will get stronger ..

at your weight , The Zone 20 blocs and you will loose 2lbs of pure fat per week , you wont loose your energy...

remember that you are in caloric deficit , so dont try to beat your PR in the major...

Zone 19 blocks no xtra fat , approx 2200 cals , been loosing 1.5lbs a week for the last 10 weeks , when i get to my desired weight , i will up one block a week until weight is stable !

buy a banana cream whey protein and add a cup of milk in it , instead of 15g of protein you will have somewhere between 32g and 42g depending on your choice of powder , if you dont like milk , coco...
