Oliver, I agree totally with your last post. Crossfit can be a bit extreme, and I think the choice to "take what's good and toss the rest" applies as much to Crossfit as anything else.

Looks like nothing special. Stick with what Coach said. As long as you stick with Paleo, plus what Coach said, you're doing everything that nutrition has to offer, barring some special conditions.
