I'm gonna guess that your caloric intake is right at or just below your maintenance level. You're going to need an additional 500-1000 calories a day is you want to gain bulk.

Heavy Squats 3 times a week, they suck. They got the best of me.

Oh yeah I agree it's on the club for not using rings. I'm a member of a box that opened up just over 2 months ago and there have been 4-5 sets of rings there since I joined.

Honestly, I don't think we crowned the fittest person on earth.

The only true test of strength was a 1RM overhead press done after an insane 24 min double helen that only saw 1 person break 17 min...
