I think the argument is very simple:

Crossfit is different than a strength training program (What Rips two books are about) therefor requiring a different diet to excel. Just like marathon running...

Gatorade is the devil. That stuff used to kill my weight loss efforts. I went to a wrestling camp years ago that was sponsored by gatorade, and the gatorade rep even suggested for best performance...

You might not be able to do nasty girls at the gym now, but your rings were not a waste take them to a park and you can do great workouts. I am extremely weak on the rings you are much further along...

Just keep at it, consistency in your workouts, and diet will be the key. Shed a few pounds, put on a little muscle you'll be doing double digits before you know it; you'll have trouble remembering...
