on that short of a time scale there is no way to know or tell. a good way to monitor is to keep measurements on you body. certain measurements will increase with fat, some with muscle. also...

well not sure what more information you are searching for, but if you look at those programs they tell you in detail how to combine strength with conditioning and several actually do it for you.

you could actually deadlift that much at the weight you are now. all the games athletes weight around 200 and they deadlift 450 or more, and it doesn't seem to hurt their other areas of performance....
