What I normally do is go with the standard 1.5 g fat block most of the time, but change it depending on the protein source. If I'm eating eggs or a fatty meat I won't add any fat blocks to the meal....

I don't feel a crunching sensation in the tendons. I do type a lot, but I can't find any areas of my forearm that radiate pain to my wrist.
