I had L5/S1 Disc degeneration in 2005 and I received a total disc replacement. It was less recovery time then a fusion. Is that an option for you?

That was my exact point Sean.
I don’t want to hear from someone who doesn’t train the way a CrossFitter does about what I can and can’t do. I want a timeline of what movements I should be able to do...

Thanks guys….the sad part is that I met with the PA today because my doc was away and of course she knows nothing and was like, oh sure just workout as tolerated…she didn’t even ask how high i can...

Thanks for your help. I think its the 4-6 months thing that I am having a hard time getting a grip on. So far I am a little over 1 week out and i can assist my arm up to 90 degrees. Still...

I recently had distal clavicle resection(a week ago today) and am wondering what can be done to speed up recovery. As of right now, I can’t raise my arm on my own, without the assistance...

All in All we were pretty Happy with Get-Rx’d. We have had a few problems but we are waiting to see what they do for us. The major thing is that their 10’ Targets that attach to the rig are not...

located in Little River.
