In the 5/3/1 option (or the others) you can select that if you comment the way the program is changed.
ie: Conjugate + CF I dont mean ALL the conjugate program, but an adaptation to work...

I'm curious about the different programs that crossfiters use to gain strength, reading the forums is obvious that the trends move along the years.
CFSB, GSLP, Westside Conjugate, 5/3/1, or main...

Totally, SS its "easy" because is very straightforward, but in no way a "light" program. I did 3/4 cycles of it, nothing more as prescribed, no crossfit, good recovering, and it was hard to complete...

I don't want to discuss the entire programming because that's very subjective. But people must be more educated in programming and how to scale.
Obviously is Crossfit HQ philosophy not to use % of RM...
